What happens at the free class
Nothing to buy, nothing to prepare. Just come and try.

Come in sportswear
Trainers, comfortable clothes and water. Come 10 minutes early — mask, jacket, glove and foil are on us.
Warm-up and first moves
Games, footwork and how to hold a foil. The coach is right next to you.

What parents and adults ask
Is fencing safe?
Yes. Everyone wears a mask, jacket and glove, the foils have blunt tips, and the coach is always next to the piste.
From what age can you start?
Kids from 6. Adults at any age — there is no upper limit.
We’ve never done sport. Is that OK?
Absolutely. Most people start from zero; the coach adapts the pace and the group to your level.
What should we bring?
Trainers, sportswear and water. All fencing equipment is provided for beginners.
How much does it cost?
The first class is free. For prices and options, message us on WhatsApp — we’ll reply with everything.
Do you offer individual lessons?
Yes, for kids and adults, by arrangement.
Which weapon do you teach?
Foil — the classic first weapon, ideal for learning technique and tactics.
